Im very satisfied and like the room. For me, the room is clean and very comfortable. I also like the services, everyone is so kind and helpful. The place very startegic and good. Its near laundry and restaurant. I would love to book and stay here again. Beside iron, extra pillow even parking is free. Really value my money.

Room and bathroom are clean. Location to eateries nearby. WIFI is fast. Free Car park available but few spaces. Cafe at the lobby. TV includes flight information (Great addition!).

Strategically located in the city centre. Walking distance to seafood restaurants. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly.

My 2nd satisfied stay. Very friendly helpful staff from check in to security. Clean good size room that smell fresh. Big screen TV for the room with lots of new movies for free. The staff in the hotel restaurant are also friendly and offered a good variety of food. Place is clean and welcoming. Good location with free parking validation. Business or pleasure, you'll be happy to stay here.

Our room is spacious. Very clean and tidy. We have requested a simple deco and the team had presented it nicely. Thank you very much for that.

Perfect 10! I was surprised by the simple room that has the quality comfort of a 5 star. Love the liquid shampoo and body bath soothing fragrance, not the type u get fr most 3 star, bed fabric and texture soft and comfy, necessary amenities provided. Most of all, many thanks to the front desk and cleaners for keeping up with cleanliness and warm reception 😍

The location is superb, plenty of eateries nearby and are walking distance. The receptionists are friendly, they have luggage storage so it's convenient for us to go around while waiting for check in. Facilities are not bad.

My family & I were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, just love everything about the room! Their staffs were helpful and friendly too, would definitely stay here again if I do come to KK.

Great location. Staff were very helpful, polite. Room was small but very clean. Great varieties of entertainment on TV. Free car park. Food places were nearby. Waterfront is a short walk away. Right in city center, stone throw away from Sherton, Hilton. Great value for money.
